| Job Duty | Assist the consultants to collect client information, analyse the clients and their competitors;Find the suitable candidates and their contact information from a variety of channels based on the clients’ job description;Assist the consultants to organise resumes, perform initial screening and telephone contacts;Assist the consultants to contact the candidates and arrange the candidate interviews;Report the search progress to the consultants in a timely manner and assist the consultants to achieve their KPIs. | ||
| Requirements | Possess fluent Chinese and English;Comfortable doing Cold Call, poised and not afraid of rejection;Possess various research skills, able to identify candidates from target companies and their contact details;Eloquent and capable to understand candidates’ mindset; make candidates interested in the clients’ openings;Able to build up a relevant candidate database independently based on project needs is a must. | ||
